High Risk Group = Individuals with high percentage of contact with infectious individuals or those stationed in or traveling to countries with a high level of infection possibility. The main high risk groups include military and governmental personnel, medical personnel and international travelers, such as businessmen and social workers traveling to countries with a high risk of terrorism activity.

Low Risk Group = All other individuals in the U.S., who have minimal contact with individuals from the high risk group.

Vaccine = A type of weakened or killed microorganism, created either from a virus or a bacteria, which is given for the prevention or treatment of an infectious disease.
