Violetta Couture is the Program Manager for the Center. A native of St. Petersburg Russia, she has a B.A. in Language and Literature from Russian State Pedagogical University.

Dr.
Karen Dawisha is the director of the Center and is also a professor
of Political Science at Miami University. 
Lynn
Stevens is the Program Coordinator for the Center. She has a
B.A. in Psychology from Ohio University and an M.A. in Anthropology from
the University of Arizona.
