This is a project that is designed to build a data base for
research regarding cells and specifically their funtions. It was
described as an encyclopedia to aid in research. It appears to be
in construction at the moment but it gave many ways to get
information about metabolism on the E coli bacteria from that page.

In response to "The Leukaemia Research Fund Imunodiagnostics Unit"
I found this article interesting because it talked about mutution
causing leukaemia. In lecture we did not go in to great detail
about mutations, and that is something I am very interested in.
The article breifly talked about how the cause of leukaemia is due
to the change in chromosomes hence DNA. Although it gave
information pertaining to the subject I wish it would have gone
into more detail. By the why is "ALEX" under Photosynthesis.

This site describes how cells are affected by the topographical
morphology when cultured on that type of surface. This would be of
interest because cells that are affected by their topographical
morphology are sometimes influenced in DNA/RNA transcription and
protein production, and that would provide another example of how
those processes can be interrupted.

Students should be interested in learning about energy sources
because it is an area that pertains to everyone. It helps students
learn more about the way their bodies use energy.

This site was about an introduction to the muscles and it contains
research about the muscle. It includes a brief description of the
muscle and then begins to discuss things such as metabolism and
fibers, and different cycles. This will give us a better
understanding of the effects of things on our bodies.

This site would be of interest to learn how our body's immune
system responds to viruses. Also to learn about how vaccines work
on our body's metabolic systems.

I think this would be a good article to use in class because it is
different and based on personal observations and experimentations.
It is opinionated but still deals with practical usages and
discoveries that could be useful for us.
