Abundant Starch grains		 Primary cell wall of variable thickness
Thickest wall is adjacent to intercellular space (stomatal pore) between the two guard cells.  This wall is heavily cutinized and may be lignified.
Outer periclinal wall is typically  thick and is heavily cutinized and sometimes lignified.
The wall adjacent to the intercellular space and periclinal outer wall are covered with a cuticle and/or wax.

 
Ground Epidermal Cell
Paradermal Polygonal, Elongate, Undulating puzzle shape
Longitudinal  Rectangular with longest axis in periclinal plane in most organs, however, in many seeds the longest axis is in the anticlimal plane
