Each student is required to turn in all assigned work to the designated part of the room on or before the due date to receive full credit.

Each student has 3 late days per 9 week grading period.  These days can be used on any assignment that is being collected.  They cannot be used for tests or in-class presentations.  It may be announced that on some larger assignments no late days can be used.  The 3 late days can be used on one assignment or divided among different assignments.  When using late days, the students need to write down a note at the top of their paper indicating late day usage.  No grade penalty will be received when using late days.  Late days are not cumulative.  If they are not used, they disappear at the end of the grading period.

All late work will receive a maximum of 50% (half) credit.  (Other than  late days--see above)
