Frequently
Asked Questions

- 1.
Why this web site?
- This web site was created for
Microbiology 699 at Miami University in Oxford, OH. This was my
first summer here, and it proved to be a very educational one. I
also have an official web site through the school at which
I teach. Feel free to use the links below
to go there!

What kinds of things do you do in school with your web
site?
- I use my web sites for many different
things. The main purpose is of course for education. Having a web
site allows me to design really neat projects for my students. I
have created some projects called webquests
that are really fun! In addition to helping me create neat
projects, I get to use my website for
showcasing
student
work. I also can put
on my syllabus, which allows my students to find out their
homework over the internet. It also helps parents stay aware of
what is going on in class.

Do you use the website for personal
use?
- Sure I do! I love to take vacation
photos and put them on my website. It's great to be able to share
them with friends and family all over the country. I am also
really into music and music collecting. I can communicate with
other music afficionados with whom I trade
music.
